My 2 steps to falling asleep easier

Here is how I manage to fall asleep easier at night after a stressful day:

1) Lay on your back palms up or down, legs uncrossed. Relax all the muscles in your face let your jaw loose.

2) Breathe in your nose, out your mouth slowly; after each exhale imagine your body sinking little by little into the bed; focus on your feet, then your legs, your lower back etc...

By the time you feel your head sinking into your pillow; you'll be relaxed:-)

** a tip: always wash your face and brush your teeth approximately 30 before bed time as those are the automatic 'wake-up' stimulus.
